2. What data we process and why
This is a presentation website and contains no data collection forms, user accounts or payments. We process personal data only if you contact us voluntarily, by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to your request or, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
The hosting server automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, pages accessed, date and time) in logs used exclusively for security and operation, on the basis of the Operator's legitimate interest.
3. How long we keep data
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which you contacted us and at most 3 years from the last interaction, unless the law requires a longer period. Technical logs are kept for at most 12 months.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data. It may be accessed by our IT service providers (hosting, email), under confidentiality obligations, or by authorities, where required by law.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access and to receive a copy of your data; the right to rectification of inaccurate data; the right to erasure, under the conditions set by law; the right to restriction of processing and the right to object; the right to data portability; the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro) and to go to court.
